Below is an elaboration of my defining traits, listed high-level on the home page. How do these traits positively apply to client services?
Quick-thinker
*I can make decisions in a very timely manner when clients are faced with looming deadlines.
*I call upon a select group of trusted, efficient vendors who communicate well and want to help me meet my client deadlines.
*Utilizing the small size of my company allows for the elimination of red tape - tape that may hinder larger, slower entreprises.
Reliable
*If you need support and send me an email or call me, I will get back to you without having to be reminded, usually within 24 hours.
*If I email you promising a report/project/item by a certain deadline, I will meet the deadline or give you advanced notice on why I am unable to deliver on said date/time.
Creative
*Depending on the client/industry/budget/situation, I implement a variety of tactics. I once submitted a testimonial (3rd one down) for an e-book in order to gain a valuable backlink for my client. *I am inclined to think "outside-of-the-norm" to maximize value for my clients. Notice I didn't say outside of the box. In this day and age, outside of the box has been overused to the point where its generic and normal.
Flexible
*No annual or long term contracts. Whether its month-to-month or week-to-week, clients never have to feel "stuck" and can leave at any time.
*I can meet your schedule. I have clients in multiple time zones and have worked on days, nights, and weekends to get things done. |
